Hosted by That’s Amore Cheese’s Sicilian-born founder Giorgio Linguanti and our Executive Chef James Gibson, you'll be guided through the cheesemaking process and learn how to craft Italian-style cheese from scratch.
The two hour class will cover all the basics, giving guests the skills to stretch and shape handmade mozzarella into various forms, from bocconcini to trecce. Following traditional, artisan methods, the story starts with top-quality Victorian milk and ends with a plump ball of fresh cheese.
Tickets also include a shared selection of antipasto and a welcome spritz on arrival. Guests will also take their cheese home, along with an “I Love Mozzarella” apron courtesy of That’s Amore.
